CEH staff are reminded that there may be restrictions on use and/or dissemination of the downloaded dataset.

For example, if the data are used as part of an externally funded project, or where project results are to be made publicly available, any usage restrictions should be checked with the data licensing team before using the data.

The data should be acknowledged in any results or publication which involves its use.
